The rotary club of whistler supports a variety of local and community initiatives through volunteer efforts and local fundraising events /(hot dog and pancake sales silent auctions and raffles). Funding support is provided to organizations including the whistler community services society the amarok society and other whistler based organizations the foundation also provides scholarships to local high school students from investment earnings from member donated funds held in trust by the whistler community foundation.
