In its own words

As a grant making charity we focus our investments on local social charities who provide support to children families and communities. We had a number of agencies who aligned with our strategic plan areas: from poverty to possibility all that kids can be healthy families and strong communities. A team of volunteers independent of our board of directors reviews funding submissions. We also play a leadership role in the building the effectiveness of the non-profit sector through training and skills building opportunities.
