Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program - to control the cat populations of the HMC Dockyard and Halifax Water Commissions sites as well as monitoring the health of the populations. PACS's mission is to ease the suffering of stray and feral cats. Collaboration with other rescue societies with their TNR programs and continued monitoring the health of their rescued cat populations. Youth education and awareness on how to be a responsible pet owner.
