To strengthen and enhance the health and social development of children youth and their families in cumberland and colchester counties by providing an array of services programs and supports to promote health and prevent harm. We support families through the preconception prenatal infant early childhood and youth periods with an emphasis on the early years; ages 0-6 years. We work collaboratively with families service providers communities and governments to help families be the best they can be.
