Volunteers conduct an annual canvass in october collecting donations to registered charities. All these donations are remitted to the charities except donations for local expenses which are used for postage & stationery locally. We also receive me morial donations which are remitted to the charities when received. 2024 canvass cheques were sent out but due to the mail stribe most are outstanding as of dec 31 2024
