Women Transforming Cities works to build the participation and power of people historically excluded from civic processes and decision-making to shift power to women and under-represented communities through a feminist intersectional lens. We do this by collaborating with other organizations advocating for policy change that centers equity delivering educational workshops building the civic participation skills of residents running a mentoring program and investigating the systemic barriers that prevent equitable civic action and participation.
