The society was established in 1992 to help women and families to reach self-sufficiency through innovative and effective programs and services. Wins' mission is 'connecting women and their families with resources to thrive'. The society supports women and their families in need by helping them build strong foundation in their lives to transition from surviving to thriving. The society currently operates seven community based thrift stores one bulk thrift store.
