Wings over the rockies presented out annual week-long nature festival in may 2024 with over 100 events that focused on conservation and ecosystem relationships within the columbia valley and nearby kootenay park. Our there was 'wings way over the rockies...the big picture' and featured keynote well-renowned science journalist and speaker cbc's bob mcdonald. The festival was supported by over 50 volunteers who contributed hundreds of volunteer hours to the festival's success.
