Annually the Westport Arts Council runs Music Westport on the 3rd Saturday in August which is an outdoor free music event which includes bands and kids activities. There is 'Art on the Street' where local artists paint Muskoka chairs based on the annual theme chosen. Workshops/camps are run for kids to learn and experience different types of art and learn new skills. A few art workshops were introduced in 2024 for adults. There is also an outdoor Christmas Market in November for local vendors to showcase their art for sale. Some Kind of Choir had both a winter and fall session in 2024 with…
