Western Canada Peer Training Society is a volunteer run registered charity that serves to promote education and social wellness by providing bursaries for peer support training in western Canada and to raise funds and accept donations for the programs listed above. Bursary criteria: a person self-identifies as a mental health consumer has limited financial resources is stable in their recovery and has the desire to help others.
