In 2024 Westbrook Education Fund operated a study centre for university students located at 4050 Osler Street in Vancouver made grants to three charitable organizations and organized a series of spiritual retreats conferences which last from a few hours to several days. One of the programs WEF has been offering for the past four years is the'Big Picture Seminar ' this is held every Friday from September to May from 6pm to 9pm.
