The organization intends to provide support for charitable causes by making donations to those qualified donees(as recognized by the cra) who are engaged in charitable undertakings. The organization will have a resource allocation committee consisting of the then members of the board of directors and such additional members as the directors may deem advisable. As funds are received the committee will decide on the gifts to be made.
