The President is a member of the National Council of Canada and charged with keeping all conference and councils within the region informed and up to date on all Society policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Activities include providing training opportunities; extension works; hosting annal general meetings; receiving annual contributions and donations from conferences and councils; funding member training and travel; and providing support direction and guidance to the conferences and councils within the region.
