Viccir is situated in victoria bc and provides psychological assistance to immigrants and refugees on vancouver island who suffer from the effects of trauma to the extent that their daily living is compromised. Most clients are referred by settlement agencies sponsorship groups schools for medical practitioners. As viccir’s work has become more well known in the community and in canada there are increasing numbers of self-referrals and referrals from family members and friends.
