Valley winds music association (vwma) offers the bow valley communities the opportunity to learn and practice music. There are several music groups under the vwma umbrella including a choir jazz band and a conert band. Sub-choir groups include men of the mountains and con moto. The fall and winter sessions each culminate in a combined concert. In addition vwma hosts workshops for its bands and choir. Vwma members perform at a number of community functions such as remembrance day santa clause parade etc.
