Unity museum opens to the public mid-may and closes at the end of september. Buildings and grounds are maintained by part time staff and volunteers. The museum is to perserve the heritage of the surrounding area. The hall is rented out for functions to create revenue to maintain the property. The biggest annual event held is the canada day celebrations.
