Fundraiser event was held in October 2023 in New Westminster BC. Handmade Baskets were brought to Canada from Ghana and sold to raise money for water system to be installed in Orphanage to ensure clean drinking water is available. Baskets and Masks have been sold as fundraising efforts continued during the year. Funds are sent to Ghana through WorldRemit to fund water fruits and vegetables and assistance where required. Annually Douglas College Nursing students travel to Ghana to assist in Orphanage.
