The objectives of the Foundation are to afford care nursing surgical and medical aid to needy persons and in particular to those who are sick disabled aged or suffering from incurable disease; to promote educational advancement and scientific or medical research for the increase of human knowledge and the alleviation of human suffering; and to provide for such other charitable purposes as may in the discretion of the Board appear to contribute to the mental moral culture and physical improvement of the inhabitants of Saint John and communities nearby.
