La mission de l'ensemble est de promouvoir et diffuser la culture québécoise via enseignement des arts de la danse folklorique québécoise. Cet enseignement s'est fait également dans en format d'enseignement parascolaire dans une école en milieu défavorisé à Laval. Les programmes d'enseignement des danses folkloriques comprennent également un volet international. Les programmes s'adressent à toutes personnes à partir de 5 ans.
