Reaching out with yoga - rowy. Ongoing delivery of trauma-informed yoga programs in social service settings serving mental health and addictions youth seniors and the incarcerated. Rowy includes screening supporting and coordinating volunteer yoga instructors. In 2023-2024 we delivered 418 yoga classes in over 10 facilities.
