The vancouver art gallery is a public art museum that showcases primarily contemporary works by bc canadian and international artists. As in prior years the gallery presents both touring exhibitions as well as exhibitions focused on the gallery's permanent collection. Ongoing programs include those for young people such as the making place spring'summer camps school programs and teen art group as well as those for the public such as talks/lectures performances and tours.
