All members of the organization were active in following up with past clients to determine the impact COVID-19 had on their employment status. We had updated all of our files with this new information and determined the ways in which we could use our resources to find new jobs for clients that have lost theirs due to COVID or steer them in the right direction to find the help they need based on their current personal and financial situations.
