The toronto waldorf school foundation was incorporated on april 8 2019 to hold the proceeds from a sale of land by the toronto waldorf school (the 'tws') and to operate as a charitable foundation collectiing and disbursing funds for tws students' tuition assistance. The foundation's goal is to raise funds through donations and other activities to provide monies for academic initiatives maintenance and improvements to the physical facilities of the tws and major capital projects in addiction to tuition assistance.
