The purpose of the organization is to raise funds to provide financial assistance to various organizations for the mentally handicapped such as (a) the vera perlin society which provide professional programs pertaining to the training education and provision of social programs related to the care of aduit mentally handicapped clients (b) the newfoundland & labrador special olympics which is associated with canadian special olympics and (c) to provide non-monetary support when applicable.
