The st. Clair college of applied arts and technology provides education and training to learners in the counties of essex and chatham kent through a variety of post secondary programs continuing education skills training and apprenticeship programs. St. Clair college grants bursaries to qualified st. Clair college students. The college receives equipment tools and software which are used in the educational process.
