The sharing farm society inc. Operates a small farm on land leased from the city of richmond growing vegetables for donation to the richmond food bank and community. The farm also hosts up to 1 000 volunteers from the community including groups corporate groups schools and families. The farm also organizes the annual vancouver garlic festival which attracts as many as 5 000 members.
