The purpose of the schneider family foundation (the 'foundation') is to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom for charitable organizations that are registered charities under the income tax act. The foundation was incorporated under the laws of the province of ontario as a not-for-profit organization on september 21 1995 and is a registered charity under the income tax act.
