The sashbear foundation offers family connections a 12 week evidence-based skills educational program for families with a loved one living with emotion dysregulation. The family connections program was offered across canada by volunteer facilitators. The sashbear foundation organizes an annual walk to raise awareness on mental health and remove the stigma surronding it.
