The rcl (br 6) moncton was established to help veterans their families and other seniors. The poppy fund supplies money for winners of remembrance day contests bursaries cadet corps and others in need. The legion provided homeless veterans with groceries furniture medical and other welfare needs. The legion services officer assist veterans with pension and related paperwork veterans living in health care facilities are supplied treats as well as those that are living in housing homes and in hospitals.
