The purpose is to 1. Promote physical and mental health of children and at risk youth by providing formal instructions in sports. 2. To improve social welfare and conditions of life education and health of children and at risk youth suffering form the effects of living in situations of poverty isolation social and economic upheaval; 3. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees. 4. To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above purposes.
