The phoenix leadership conference (plc) is a 4-day global leadership retreat in ontario canada. The organization invites delegates aged 14-25 from around the world to join for a weekend of growing learning and making connections with like-minded. The conference is designed to get people out of their comfort zone allow them to explore topics in leadership develop concrete social skills and let enjoy a fun outdoorsy camp weekend.
