Nloc-vid is a regulatory and oversight body for the 11 nloc branches on vancouver island and powell river. We are cosponsors of the sea cadet corps in our region and the sole sponsor of the navy league corps on vancouver island. Both are youth programs. We are charged with adult leadership for the organization along with providing accommodations for the cadets' activities.
