To promote an interest in sea cadets. The program is geared towards youth (boys & girls) ages 12-18. The aim of the program is to promote organize sponsor and teach youth leadership skills that they will use in everyday life. The program promotes physical fitness outdoor adventures and interest in the canadian armed forces.
