Provide cadet programs for children and youth of richmond delta and south vancouver. Specifically support the royal canadian sea cadet corps 'bicknell' #195 for youth aged 12 to 18 years old and the navy league cadet corps 'mj miller' #78 for children aged 9 to 12 years old. Both groups offer nationally produced and regulated youth training. They both offer face to face in-person practical training that is active and hands on for the participants of both corps.
