In its own words
Navy league of canada kelowna branch supports both navy cadets and sea cadets. Each are an inclusive program aimed at supporting youth in our very diverse community. Cadets build leadership qualities as well as a safe and diverse atmosphere for cadets to learn and experience some maritime related activities and education. Cadets provided support in the community in various forms but mostly notably to our aging vets in helping with poppy campaigning. The hours spent in cadets can be accredited to their education as volunteer hours for high school graduation
