The training of youth ages 9-19 in leadership with maritime influence citizenship participation in community special events including poppy drives parades food drives. Youth training includes sports drill band sailing power boating plus summer and winter intensive camps. Sea cadets program 13-19 years old. Navy league cadet program -12 years old. Adult volunteers engage in weekly parties to clean maintain and repair the unique cadet training facilty on the fraser river. Navy league cadet officers volunteer their time to provide leadership organization and training each week.
