This is the sponsoring branch of the navy league of canada for the royal canadian sea cadet corp. (rcscc) john travers cornwell - victoria cross (jtc-vc). Sea cadets are a youth training program for 12 to 18 year olds and includes both male and female cadets. The training fosters interest in maritime activities leadership and citizenship. The branch supports new cadet and officer recruitment and fund raising for corp activities. Corp activities includes sports range music sailing maritime engineering biathlon boating navigation public speaking lessons planning and teaching.
