To provide services to aboriginal people who are in conflict with the law with information and advice concerning their rights and responsibilities before the law. To provide for the benefit of the aboriginal people connecting them with information and advice centres located in various areas of the provice: crime prevention programs wellness services alcohol and drug counselling employment counselling and homelessness program.
