The jubilee fund inc. As an ethical investment option pools funds provided by individuals and organizations to secure and leverage financing for community based initiatives that create opportunities for low-income households and communities. As an interfaith coaliton it supports housing commercial or social projects which are not normally eligible for financing from conventional lenders. The organization helps groups and individuals in low income areas improve their living conditions and financial capacity.
