The joy living society continues to advocate for residential options for adults with developmental disabilities which will allow these individuals to function joyfully and independently or with support to the community. We maintain contact and exchange information about the individuals that we advocate for with 'bethesda christian association' which conducts the operation and administration of several homes for these adults. We are still in 'hibernation' mode waiting for the planning to begin for a new building project in which we hope to be involved. That was supposed to begin in 2019-20 b…
