The bishop the archdeacon and the dean of the diocese provide pastoral supervision and training for ministry to the clergy and laity of the parishes of the diocese as well as providing spiritual leadership through the clergy. The diocese also provides grants to parishes and the diocesan camp on a request basis. The grants are used to maintain the clergy churches rectory and christian education in the parishes. The diocese owns and operates camp caledonia a faith based summer camp for youth.
