In its own words
Each spring the foundation seeks applications for bursaries from grade 12 students in windsor and/or essex county ontario who are financially challenged due to the death of one or more parents and yet wish to enroll in their first year at a post-secondary college or university. The foundation then awards one or more bursaries each year which amounts are then paid to the post-secondary school chosen by the applicant with the payment made before the school year commences.
