The handel society of music typically performs 2 to 3 concerts per year or season with professional musicians and/or youth orchestra and student soloists. The organization's mandate is to promote classical choral music in the lower mainland (specifically south of the fraser river) and also to support young musicians and singers. Due to the resignation of its conductor the society suspended activities part way through the 2023-2024 fiscal year. The society anticipates normal activities with a new conductor in the 2024-2025 fiscasl year.
