Conservation Halton is a community based environmental agency that protects restores and manages the watershed's conservation areas forests creeks Niagara Escarpment lands source water protection sites and biodiversity through science based programs. Recreation and education programs are provided to more the 1 000 000 annual visitors to our parks. The primary mandated programs include environmental protection; water resource management; flood protection; environmental planning; forest resource management; and education and recreation.
