To teach promote and advance the spiritual teachings of the salvation army by providing the religious observances and doctrines associated with the faith. To provide a non-profit residential housing and safe living environment for mentally challanged. To assist persons coping with the effects of substances abuse by offering eudcation and counselling and by establishing mutual support groups. To relieve poverty by providing food and other basic supplies to persons of low income.
