Utilizing officers employees and volunteers from all walks of life freedom ministries provide pastoral care and practical assistance to offenders. Victims correctional & justice personnel and the families of the aforementioned groups through relevant programs and services. The circles of support & accountability program is offered to warrant expiry and long term supervision high risk sex offenders following an application and intense screening process and involves group and individual community support and accountability thereby envisioning a victimless society.
