The Syme 55+ Seniors' Centre is a community based not for profit offering a number of programs and services for adults 55+. Examples of programs we offer include fitness programs: Cardio Boost Tai Chi Pilates Drum Fit Yoga and Line Dance. We also offer arts based programming including Watercolor painting Woodworking. We also offer a number of social opportunities including congregate dining and educational workshops on a variety of relevant topics.
