We provide sanctuary to exotic birds who have been displaced through no fault of their own. Our volunteers tend to the daily care and needs of the flock 7 days a week 365 days a year and spend over 6 000 hours per year feeding and caring for the birds. We also ensure that they are properly groomed receive enrichment and remain in good health with visits to the avian veterinarian as required. We offer visitors up close encounters with birds educate them about local species and global conservation efforts. We also provide advice about parrot behaviours distribute native pollinator plants…
