Non formal Freeschoos provide literacy/skill/vocational programmes to women and children where poverty and illiteracy are extreme in New Delhi and in the province of Bihar in India. Funding was provided for teachers salaries and learning materials. In addition extra funding was provided for specialized equipment to assist physically handicapped children in Sugauli Bihar.
