Operating the fort nelson heritage museum. Communicating the fort nelson and alaska highway area history and natural history to the public. Supporting heritage activities in the fort nelson area. Acquiring and maintaining artifacts pictures and documents to relevant to the area and the period of the construction of the alaska highway. Every year in february we host heritage days and for two days we offer free admission to the public and a variety of events.
